ActiveKidsPE Jiyugaoka offers semi-individual classes once a week. In addition to developing basic movements like running, jumping, and balancing, we support the development of non-cognitive skills like concentration, cooperation, and self-esteem by fostering the ability to express oneself in one's own words and the sense of accomplishment that comes from achieving something. Utilizing our international sensibilities and expressive abilities, we help children build a foundation for the next step, driven by their "fun!"
Taro Hemmi 's unique exercise program incorporates phonics and English.
This is an "English x Gymnastics" class where children can enjoy moving their bodies while becoming familiar with sounds and rhythms.
We currently have corporate contracts with the Tokyo American Club and several kindergartens, and are conducting on-site lessons at these schools.

Greetings
Compared to when I was a child, I feel that today's children have surprisingly little time and space to play outside. Thanks to the development of digitalization and social media, we live in a convenient age where we can connect with people all over the world and get information instantly. At the same time, it seems that the importance of face-to-face interactions is gradually being lost.
In Active Kids PE classes, children are not only encouraged to improve their motor skills, but also to "see," "listen," and "try things."
Through these experiences, we believe it is important for children to develop the ability to express themselves in their own words, interact with others, think and act.
Through exercise, children learn the meaning of responsible freedom and feel the joy of working together with their peers. Through these experiences, we provide daily lessons to help children gain a sense of accomplishment and develop non-cognitive skills such as self-esteem, concentration, and cooperation.
Through this class, we hope that the children will cherish the encounters they have with their peers and coaches, and grow both mentally and physically.
Taro Itsumi
